Duffle Bag
It's been awhile since I've blogged, but I have been busy. This is my most recent project. I also made 2 Halloween table runners, and several little treat bags, but I didn't get any pictures of them. Sorry! 
The duffle bag is made from a Simplicity pattern. Off the top of my head, I think it's #2274. Of course right at the moment, I can't remember where I put the pattern to actually go and check. 
Mine definitely didn't turn out perfect, but I'm liking it. A lot. The fabric is from Hobby Lobby. It's been many years since I've sewn something with a zipper. It went pretty smooth, I must say. I did measure each pattern piece, and used my rotary cutter. I will most definitely make one of these again. I have enough jute webbing to make one more.... Sunday, September 18, 2011
What I'm working on now...
Tee shirt quilt, before borders. Rows sewn together... and yes, NOW I see that I have 2 of the same tee shirts next to each other. It's going to have to stay that way!

This will be a quilt for John
I pieced scraps of fabric to dryer sheets, and then sewed them into strips. Each block made with a dryer sheet is seperated by a black strip. The block finished at 5 inches by 9 inches. Sashing is 41/2 inches wide. Now I need to come up with something for the back. I'll have to piece it because all I have for yardage is either pink or yellow!

I finished a "rag" quilt
Another baby quilt..... this one for a girl... I wasn't so sure about this one as I was putting it together, but I am happy with the results!
